Returns or Exchanges We have a 14 days Return or Exchange policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. We issue store credits for return and exchange.
All items on sale, promotional merchandise and purchase with promotional code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that all exchanges are permitted once only and the shipping cost is not eligible for refund.

We can ship to Canada, United States, and China. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
